Turkey strips with curry

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 small turkey schnitzels
  • 5 small potatoes or 3 large ones
  • some mayonnaise and curry mango sauce
  • 3 tbsp curry powder
  • some salt
  • 1 tbsp, crushed paprika powder, sweet
  • 1 some pepper
  • 1 tbsp chives, dried
  • 1 m.-large onion(s), red
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Wash and peel the potatoes. Then cut them into bite-sized pieces. Bring water to a boil with 1 teaspoon of salt, add the potatoes, and cook for about 10-15 minutes. Finely chop the onion. Cut the turkey into strips about 2 cm thick. Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the turkey strips and onion for about 5 minutes. Season lightly with salt, pepper, paprika, and curry powder. Drain the potatoes. Add them to the pan and fry with the meat and onions for about 6 minutes. Season again to taste. For the curry, you should use about 2 tablespoons. Add the other spices to taste. Place the desired portion on the plate. Pour over a little mayonnaise and curry sauce. Sprinkle with dried chives and serve.
