Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 8 potatoes
- 150 g cream cheese, e.g. with dried tomatoes
- 2 ½ dl cream
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- Paprika powder

Peel the potatoes, slice them, and place them in a baking dish. Combine the cream cheese with the cream and season with salt, pepper, nutmeg, and paprika, if desired. Pour the topping over the potatoes. Bake the potatoes for about 45 minutes on the second-lowest rack at 180°C (350°F) top and bottom heat or 170°C (340°F) fan-assisted until golden brown.
