from 5 months, against flatulence

From the 5th month, for flatulence. Wash and peel the cucumber, halve it lengthwise, and remove the seeds with a teaspoon. Dice the flesh finely. Wash, peel, and also dice the potatoes. Cut the turkey breast into thin strips. Bring the cucumber and potatoes to a boil with the meat in the peppermint tea. Cover and simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes. Peel and trim the pear, roughly chop it, and add it to the bowl. Purée everything finely, then let it cool and freeze in portions. Add just under 1 tablespoon of rapeseed oil to the thawed puree. Tip: Purée 1/2 pinch of fresh or 1 pinch of dried dill sprigs—this also soothes digestion.
