Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1.2 kg potatoes
- 1 can of tomatoes
- 2 tomatoes, fresh
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1 tsp caraway seeds
- salt and pepper
- possibly chili
- 4 garlic cloves
- 3 tbsp olive oil

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Cut the raw potatoes into wedges and set aside. Mix all the other ingredients, season generously, and season to taste. Then place them in a casserole dish with the potatoes and bake for about 45-50 minutes at 200-220 degrees Celsius. Personally, this is enough for me for lunch. You can also top the casserole with cheese or serve it with a yogurt dip.
