- 6 g cumin
- 6 g black cumin
- 10 g sweet paprika powder
- 10 g turmeric
- 8 g ground pepper
- 10 g garlic powder
- 10 g ginger powder
- 10 g cardamom
- 6 g chili flakes
- 8 g coriander
- 8 g fennel
- 10 g mustard seeds, yellow, ground
- 8 g fenugreek
- 4 g clove pepper

not only for the tagine, but also for couscous, meat, etc.
Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a mortar and pestle. If you prefer a spicier flavor, swap the sweet paprika for rose-hot paprika. Directions: For beef, pork, or poultry dishes, I add salt and a little olive oil to the spice mixture and rub it into the pieces of meat.
