Potato and garlic skewers for grilling

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 small potatoes
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • some salt
  • some chili powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Press the garlic into the oil, add the salt and chili powder, and mix everything together. Rinse the potatoes thoroughly and thread them, skin-on, onto a skewer. Place the skewer on a piece of aluminum foil and spread the garlic oil over the potatoes. Seal the aluminum foil and grill for 15 to 25 minutes, depending on the size of the potatoes. Note: The skewers can also be made in the oven.
