Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g potato(s), waxy
  • 1 kohlrabi
  • 50 ml milk, low-fat
  • 75 ml Cremefine
  • 1 ½ slice(s) cheese
  • some butter to grease the mold
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel and finely grate the potatoes and kohlrabi. Mix the milk with the Cremefine and the spices. Butter the casserole dish and layer the vegetables alternately. Pour the liquid over the potatoes, top with cheese, and bake at 180°C (160°C fan oven) for 45 minutes.
