Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g potatoes, mainly floury
  • 500 g parsnip(s)
  • 75 g butter
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Peel and dice the potatoes and parsnips. Cook in salted water. Drain and let them steam. Using a potato masher, mash in the butter. Season again with salt.
