Potato and Peanut Puree

The perfect potato and peanut puree recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Kg Potatoes
  • 1 Handful Roasted and salted peanuts
  • 1 shot Milk
  • 1 El Butter
  • Salt
  • Nutmeg
  1. Peel the potatoes, cut them into small pieces and cook them in salted water until cooked.
  2. Grind the peanuts in a food processor.
  3. Add the milk, butter, peanuts, salt and nutmeg to the potatoes and use a potato masher to make a puree.
  4. There was also Kasseler and Sauerkraut.
