  • 2 potatoes
  • 2 stalks celery
  • e.g. mountain cheese, grated or cut into small slices
  • n. B. Thyme
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

simple, fast and good

Wash and peel the potatoes, and cut into approximately 1 cm thick slices. Wash and quarter the pear, remove the core, and slice the flesh. Cut the celery into 1 cm thick rings. Place everything in a baking dish, season, and mix well. Spread the cheese on top. Bake the gratin in the oven at 200°C for 30 to 45 minutes. If desired, you can also sprinkle with sunflower seeds or nuts.
