Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g almond flour
  • 80 g butter
  • 70 g protein powder, chocolate flavor
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp xylitol (sugar substitute)
  • 50 g almonds, chopped
  • 100 g dark chocolate, sugar-free

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Low-carb

Preheat the oven to 180°C fan/convection oven. Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Mix all ingredients except the almonds and chocolate. The dough will be very firm and sticky. Then finely chop the chocolate and fold it in with the almonds. Shape the dough into cookies and place them on the baking sheet. Bake for approximately 20 minutes at 180°C. You can vary the amount of almonds and chocolate to taste.
