Potato and zucchini casserole

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g jacket potatoes, cut into thin slices
  • 1 zucchini, coarsely grated
  • 1 tsp butter, for the casserole dish, quiche dish
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp Gouda, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Very light

Grease an ovenproof dish with butter. Spread the grated zucchini on top, season with salt and pepper. Arrange the potato slices on top. Whisk the egg with the milk and Gouda cheese and pour over the dish. Bake in the oven at 200°C (400°F) for about 30 minutes. A green salad goes well with this dish.
