Potato – Apple – Carrot – Hash Browns with Thyme

The perfect potato – apple – carrot – hash browns with thyme recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 100 g Potatoes
  • 0,5 Apple
  • 100 g Carrots
  • 1 Egg
  • Some thyme (fresh)
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Chilli flakes
  • Rapeseed oil
  1. Peel, wash and roughly grate the potatoes. Peel the apple, remove the core and grate coarsely. Clean and roughly grate the carrot. Mix everything together.
  2. Wash the thyme, shake dry and pluck off the small leaves. Add to the other ingredients together with the egg. Season well with pepper, salt and chilli flakes.
  3. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the hash browns on both sides. If necessary, remove excess fat on kitchen paper.
  4. Arrange according to your mood … 😉
