Potato – Apple – Carrot – Hash Browns with Thyme
The perfect potato – apple – carrot – hash browns with thyme recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 100 g Potatoes
- 0,5 Apple
- 100 g Carrots
- 1 Egg
- Some thyme (fresh)
- Pepper
- Salt
- Chilli flakes
- Rapeseed oil
- Peel, wash and roughly grate the potatoes. Peel the apple, remove the core and grate coarsely. Clean and roughly grate the carrot. Mix everything together.
- Wash the thyme, shake dry and pluck off the small leaves. Add to the other ingredients together with the egg. Season well with pepper, salt and chilli flakes.
- Heat oil in a pan. Fry the hash browns on both sides. If necessary, remove excess fat on kitchen paper.
