Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 12 potatoes (Grenaille potatoes, mini potatoes)
- 12 slice(s) Emmental cheese, wafer-thin
- 24 slice(s) of wafer-thin bacon
- Salt
- olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
Bocconcini di patate with formaggio and pancetta
Peel the potatoes and boil them in salted water. Wrap each of the cooled potatoes in a slice of cheese and two slices of bacon and place them in an oiled baking dish. Bake the bocconcini in a preheated oven at 180°C (convection oven) for 20 minutes. Serve the potato bites warm on a bed of salad as a starter or snack.
