  • 300 g smoked salmon
  • 1 bunch dill, fresh
  • 200 g sour cream (or sour cream)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Swedish with lots of dill

Boil the potatoes, finely chop the dill, and cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces. Mix the dill, salmon, and sour cream, and season with salt. Peel and dice the potatoes while they’re still warm, then add them to the sauce. Let it sit in the refrigerator for an hour. Stir gently occasionally and thin the sauce again with milk before serving, as the potatoes will absorb all the liquid.
