Potato casserole with sausages

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg potatoes, waxy
  • 4 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 4 sausages
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 tsp, heaped oregano
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Children love it

First, boil the potatoes, peel them, and let them cool. Grease a casserole dish with butter. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Slice the potatoes and eggs, chop the sausages, and mix everything in the casserole dish. Mix the sour cream with oregano, salt, and pepper and pour over the potatoes. Bake the casserole for about 30 minutes.
