Soft wheat semolina pudding

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 ml milk
  • 50 g soft wheat semolina
  • 50 g sugar
  • possibly cream
  • possibly fruits of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 8 hours 35 minutes

Combine milk and sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Add the soft wheat semolina and simmer on low heat until thickened. Pour into dessert bowls or glasses, cover with cling film, and refrigerate overnight. Serve with whipped cream and/or fruit.
