Potato Celery Soup

The perfect potato celery soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Kg Potatoes
  • 1 tuber Celery
  • 1 a cup Processed cheese with pepper herbs
  • 1,5 liter Vegetable broth
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 Kohlrabi leaf
  • Peanuts wrapped in wasabi dough
  1. Peel the potatoes and celery, cut into small pieces and cook in the vegetable stock for about 20 minutes.
  2. Add the processed cheese, mash everything with a potato masher according to your taste, season with salt and pepper, serve decorated with the finely chopped kohlrabi leaf and the wasabin nuts.
