Potato Celery Soup
The perfect potato celery soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Kg Potatoes
- 1 tuber Celery
- 1 a cup Processed cheese with pepper herbs
- 1,5 liter Vegetable broth
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 Kohlrabi leaf
- Peanuts wrapped in wasabi dough
- Peel the potatoes and celery, cut into small pieces and cook in the vegetable stock for about 20 minutes.
- Add the processed cheese, mash everything with a potato masher according to your taste, season with salt and pepper, serve decorated with the finely chopped kohlrabi leaf and the wasabin nuts.
