Quark Strudel with Finished Puff Pastry

The perfect quark strudel with finished puff pastry recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 role Finished puff pastry
  • 500 g Quark
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • Sugar at will
  • Raisins as desired
  1. Mix the quark with the egg yolk, sugar, vanilla sugar and raisins, roll out the puff pastry with the baking paper on a baking sheet. Brush with the filling, leaving a 2 cm wide border. Roll up the dough from the long side.
