Ingredients
- 1 role Finished puff pastry
- 500 g Quark
- 2 Eggs
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- Sugar at will
- Raisins as desired
Instructions
- Mix the quark with the egg yolk, sugar, vanilla sugar and raisins, roll out the puff pastry with the baking paper on a baking sheet. Brush with the filling, leaving a 2 cm wide border. Roll up the dough from the long side.
- Place the roll with the seam side down on the sheet metal and close the end pieces by pressing them on
- Brush the roll with egg white and bake at 200 C for 15-20 minutes until golden
