Ingredients
 

  • 1 role Finished puff pastry
  • 500 g Quark
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • Sugar at will
  • Raisins as desired

Instructions
 

  • Mix the quark with the egg yolk, sugar, vanilla sugar and raisins, roll out the puff pastry with the baking paper on a baking sheet. Brush with the filling, leaving a 2 cm wide border. Roll up the dough from the long side.
  • Place the roll with the seam side down on the sheet metal and close the end pieces by pressing them on
  • Brush the roll with egg white and bake at 200 C for 15-20 minutes until golden
