Potato – Cordon Bleu
The perfect potato – cordon bleu recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 kg Potato cooked and pressed through
- 100 g Flour
- 100 g Strength
- 2 piece Eggs
- 1 packet Cooked ham
- 6 Discs Cheese (any)
- Salt
- Nutmeg
- Make a firm dough from the cold, squeezed potatoes, flour, starch, spices and eggs.
- Portion to 6 pieces and roll out.
- Cover with ham and cheese, fold up and close the edges well.
- Slowly fry in a pan until golden brown. Serve with a fresh salad. Have a good hunger !!!
