Potato – Cordon Bleu

The perfect potato – cordon bleu recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 kg Potato cooked and pressed through
  • 100 g Flour
  • 100 g Strength
  • 2 piece Eggs
  • 1 packet Cooked ham
  • 6 Discs Cheese (any)
  • Salt
  • Nutmeg
  1. Make a firm dough from the cold, squeezed potatoes, flour, starch, spices and eggs.
  2. Portion to 6 pieces and roll out.
  3. Cover with ham and cheese, fold up and close the edges well.
  4. Slowly fry in a pan until golden brown. Serve with a fresh salad. Have a good hunger !!!
