Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 large potato(s)
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 cup(s) beef broth
  • n. B. Olive oil, very good
  • salt and pepper
  • some sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

especially delicious with lamb’s lettuce

The potato is diced and cooked in the broth with the whole onion. Once the potato is cooked, remove the onion and puree the whole thing with a hand blender. Then add enough olive oil until it reaches a creamy consistency. Season with salt, pepper, and sugar, and you’re done! It tastes delicious with lamb’s lettuce. You can then top it with fried ham strips, Maultaschen (ravioli), etc.
