Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 200 g flour
  • 2 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

as a side dish, simply good

Boil and peel the potatoes, then press them through a potato ricer. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until a dough forms. Now form into finger-sized pieces and fry in a pan until golden brown.
