Fake rice pudding with hot raspberries

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g low-fat quark or natural yogurt
  • 100 g cream cheese, grainy
  • some stevia
  • 2 dashes lemon juice
  • ½ bag of frozen raspberries
  • some cinnamon powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Low-carb

Mix the low-fat quark or natural yogurt with the cream cheese and sweeten to taste with stevia. I always add lemon juice. Continue mixing everything. Heat the frozen raspberries in the microwave. Sprinkle cinnamon over the cream cheese mixture and serve with the hot raspberries.
