Potato – Egg – Pan with Wild Garlic
The perfect potato – egg – pan with wild garlic recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 3 Jacket potatoes From the previous day, cut
- 1 tbsp Coconut oil
- 1 small Chopped onion
- 1 small Freshly cut chilli
- 3 piece Organic eggs
- 4 Discs Fat bacon
- 4 Discs Salt and pepper
- 8 leaves Fresh wild garlic cut
- Leave the chopped onion in coconut oil, add the bacon, roughly cut, and leave everything out well, do not brown!
- Then add the cut potatoes and – if you like – fry them, then add the eggs, season with salt and pepper, spread the cut chilli over the top and leave the whole thing stocked with a closed lid. And to round it off, spread the cut wild garlic over it – enjoy your meal
