Potato – Egg – Pan with Wild Garlic

The perfect potato – egg – pan with wild garlic recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 Jacket potatoes From the previous day, cut
  • 1 tbsp Coconut oil
  • 1 small Chopped onion
  • 1 small Freshly cut chilli
  • 3 piece Organic eggs
  • 4 Discs Fat bacon
  • 4 Discs Salt and pepper
  • 8 leaves Fresh wild garlic cut
  1. Leave the chopped onion in coconut oil, add the bacon, roughly cut, and leave everything out well, do not brown!
  2. Then add the cut potatoes and – if you like – fry them, then add the eggs, season with salt and pepper, spread the cut chilli over the top and leave the whole thing stocked with a closed lid. And to round it off, spread the cut wild garlic over it – enjoy your meal
  3. Info: The bacon is under the potatoes.
