Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 m.-sized potatoes
- 50 g feta cheese
- olive oil
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Peel the potatoes and slice or grate them thinly. Arrange the potato slices in a fan shape on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, overlapping them, and brush with olive oil. Bake in the oven at 180°C (convection oven) for about 25 minutes. About 5 minutes before the end (when the potatoes start to brown), sprinkle the grated feta cheese over the potato fan. Season with salt to taste before serving.
