Potato gratin

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 200 g Parmesan
  • 250 g mozzarella, drained
  • 1 pack of cream
  • 1 tsp rosemary, freshly chopped
  • 6 large potatoes, raw (very important)
  • Butter for the mold
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel the potatoes and slice them thinly. Grate the Parmesan cheese. Grate or finely chop the mozzarella. Grease an ovenproof dish with butter. Layer the raw potato slices in the dish (not too tightly). Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and rosemary. Then spread the cheese evenly over the potatoes. Pour the cream evenly over the potatoes and bake in the preheated oven (middle rack) at approximately 180°C for about one hour, until the potatoes are tender. Goes well with fish, meat, mushrooms, and salad.
