Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 potatoes
- 1 pack of tomatoes, in pieces
- 1 bell pepper(s)
- 1 onion(s), red
- Tomato paste, from the tube
- 1 pack of cheese, for gratinating
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Potatoes baked with tomatoes
Peel the potatoes and cut them into French-fries. Dice the peppers and onions. Sauté everything in a saucepan, add a dash of tomato paste, and deglaze with the tomatoes. Bring to a boil. Now pour into a casserole dish and top with the cheese. It goes very well with pork loin steaks or schnitzel.
