Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 potatoes
- 2 m.-large zucchini
- 10 large tomatoes
- 2 cups of whipped cream, 200 g each
- 300 g Gouda, grated
- some oregano
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Thinly slice the potatoes and zucchini. Thinly slice the tomatoes. Layer them alternately on a baking sheet. Mix the cream with the spices and pour over the vegetables. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 45 minutes on the middle rack. Serve with baguette.
