Potato – Leek – Hash Browns
The perfect potato – leek – hash browns recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 6 medium sized Peeled potatoes
- 1 half Stick of leek
- 2 medium sized Onions
- 2 tbsp Spelled flour
- 2 tbsp Homemade vegetable salt
- 2 tbsp Freshly ground pepper
- Coconut oil to fry
- Peel and wash the potatoes – peel the onions – wash the leek and cut into small pieces.
- Now grate the onions and potatoes very finely, I use my Genius vegetable cutter and the slice for very fine vegetables. Then put everything in a bowl, stir in the vegetable salt, pepper and flour, then let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Now brush a coated pan with coconut oil, add the batter to the pan and bake on both sides.
- There was also a salad with cubes of goat cheese
