Potato – Leek – Hash Browns

Ingredients
 

  • 6 medium sized Peeled potatoes
  • 1 half Stick of leek
  • 2 medium sized Onions
  • 2 tbsp Spelt flour
  • 2 tbsp Homemade vegetable salt
  • 2 tbsp Freshly ground pepper
  • Coconut oil to fry

Instructions
 

  • Peel and wash the potatoes - peel the onions - wash the leek and cut into small pieces.
  • Now grate the onions and potatoes very finely, I use my Genius vegetable cutter and the slice for very fine vegetables. Then put everything in a bowl, stir in the vegetable salt, pepper and flour, then let it rest for 5 minutes.
  • Now brush a coated pan with coconut oil, add the batter to the pan and bake on both sides.
  • There was also a salad with cubes of goat cheese
