Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g potatoes, more if desired
- 500 g minced meat, variety of your choice
- 500 g spinach, fresh, or equivalent amount frozen
- 1 cup of cream
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 onion(s)

Peel the potatoes, cut them into fairly small cubes, and cook for about 20 minutes, depending on the variety and size of the cubes. Chop the onion. Meanwhile, wash the spinach and roughly chop it. Briefly cook the frozen spinach in salted water. Add the oil to a non-stick pan and fry the onion and minced meat. Then add the potatoes and spinach and season everything with the curry and salt. Since there are different types of curry, you have to be sparing with the salt at first and season again if necessary. Then add the cream and mix everything well. I always prepare this dish in a wok, as there is plenty of room for everything. You can also make the dish vegetarian; in this case, simply replace the minced meat with smoked tofu.
