Potato pan with green beans and goat cheese

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 jacket potatoes
  • 200 g beans, green
  • possibly vegetable broth
  • ½ onion(s)
  • 2 slices of goat cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • marjoram
  • n. B. Oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Dice the boiled potatoes and onion and fry in oil. Season with salt and pepper. When the onions are translucent, add the beans (I used fresh green beans, which I had previously cooked in broth for about 10 minutes). Fry for about another 5 minutes, season with marjoram, and add more salt and pepper to taste. Just before serving, add the finely chopped goat cheese. Tip: I used goat’s butter cheese. It’s important that it’s a firm cheese—so don’t necessarily use cream cheese.
