Ingredients
- 3 Potatoes, peeled
- 0,5 Small zucchini
- 1 Carrot
- 0,5 Egg
- 1 El Wheat flour type 1050
- Salt pepper
- 1 Tl Oil
Instructions
- Peel the potatoes and carrots, wash them, dry them and finely grate them with the washed zucchini. Drain well. Season the potato and vegetable mixture with salt and a little pepper. Add the egg and flour to the mixture so that the dough is bound and mix everything well. Heat the waffle iron well, if available, set it to "cross" and brush with oil. Place the batter on the waffle surface, bake until brown and enjoy with applesauce.
