  • 5 Potato
  • 1 Big onion
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • 0,25 bunch Chopped parsley
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • 3 tbsp Vegetable oil

Instructions
 

  • Chop the raw potatoes and onions and slice them finely.
  • Add flour and parsley, season well with salt and pepper.
  • Bake crispy in hot fat as a thaler.
