Ingredients
- 5 Potato
- 1 Big onion
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 0,25 bunch Chopped parsley
- 1 pinch Salt
- Black pepper from the mill
- 3 tbsp Vegetable oil
Instructions
- Chop the raw potatoes and onions and slice them finely.
- Add flour and parsley, season well with salt and pepper.
- Bake crispy in hot fat as a thaler.
