Potato pancakes with salmon

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g potatoes
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 tbsp potato flour
  • Salt
  • Oil for frying
  • 300 g smoked salmon

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash and peel the potatoes. Halve or quarter them, depending on their size. Peel and quarter the onions. Place them in the Quick-Chef with the cutting attachment along with the egg, potato flour, and a pinch of salt and chop. Heat the oil in a pan. Add the potato batter one spoonful at a time. Flatten and fry for about 3 minutes on each side until crispy. Keep the finished potato pancakes warm. This batch makes about 10-12. Divide the potato pancakes among plates and serve with the salmon.
