Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 300 g potatoes, raw, approx.
  • 50 g onion(s)
  • 100 g bell pepper, frozen cut into strips
  • oil
  • ½ tsp paprika granules
  • 100 g peanuts, blanched and ground
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds, whole
  • 50 g corn, ground
  • Fat, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

gluten-free, egg-free, dairy-free, vegan

Finely dice the onion, fry briefly in hot oil, and mix in a bowl with the other ingredients, including the ground corn. The batter will remain very soft. Form patties and fry in hot oil on both sides over reduced heat. Very filling. My own recipe.
