Potato, Pepper and Chicken Sheet

The perfect potato, pepper and chicken sheet recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 8 Pc. Chicken thighs
  • 2 Pc. Paprika, red
  • 6 Pc. Potatoes
  • 6 Pc. Onions
  • 3 Pc. Garlic cloves
  • Thyme
  • Salt
  • Crushed pepper
  • Oil
  1. Cut the bell peppers and onions into bite-sized pieces, eighth potatoes.
  2. Mix the bell peppers, onions and potatoes in a bowl with 2 tablespoons of oil, salt, pepper and thyme.
  3. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet, add the chicken thighs and spread the three cloves of garlic in the mixture. Finally, salt and pepper the chicken pieces.
  4. Put the baking sheet into the oven preheated to 180 degrees and let it bake in circulation for 30 minutes.
  5. Then turn on the grill from above and grill again for 10 minutes.
  6. We had a green salad with it. Good Appetite!
