Ingredients
- 8 Pc. Chicken thighs
- 2 Pc. Paprika, red
- 6 Pc. Potatoes
- 6 Pc. Onions
- 3 Pc. Garlic cloves
- Thyme
- Salt
- Crushed pepper
- Oil
Instructions
- Cut the bell peppers and onions into bite-sized pieces, eighth potatoes.
- Mix the bell peppers, onions and potatoes in a bowl with 2 tablespoons of oil, salt, pepper and thyme.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet, add the chicken thighs and spread the three cloves of garlic in the mixture. Finally, salt and pepper the chicken pieces.
- Put the baking sheet into the oven preheated to 180 degrees and let it bake in circulation for 30 minutes.
- Then turn on the grill from above and grill again for 10 minutes.
- We had a green salad with it. Good Appetite!
