Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 1 jar Miracle Whip
  • Sugar
  • Condensed milk
  • 3 eggs
  • Mustard
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Boil potatoes with plenty of salt and let cool. Hard-boil eggs and let cool. Mix Miracle Wip with about 1 tablespoon of mustard, a little sugar, and canned milk. Slice the potatoes and add to the sauce. Stir gently. Slice the eggs (leave one for garnish) and fold them into the salad. Garnish the finished potato salad with an egg and fresh parsley, if desired. Chill again. The salad tastes even better when it’s left to marinate.
