Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g potatoes, cooked and diced
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 stalk(s) Celery
  • 1 bell pepper(s), green
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 gherkin(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 2 tsp mustard, hot
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise

Instructions

Rancher Style

Grate the carrots. Finely dice the onion, celery, bell pepper, and cucumber. Finely chop the garlic, mix with the mustard, salt, and mayo, and add to the remaining ingredients.
