Potato Salad Aretsried Art
The perfect potato salad aretsried art recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1000 g Salad potatoes
- 400 ml Granulated broth
- 0,5 Cucumber
- 2 bunch Radishes fresh
- 4 Discs Boiled ham, sliced thicker, thickness 4
- 400 g Curdled milk
- 6 tbsp Lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
- Plenty of chopped parsley or chervil
- Possibly coarse pepper
- Cook the potato and cut it into slices. Pour hot stock over the potatoes. Cover and pull through and let cool.
- Cut the radishes into fine sticks. Cut the ham into small diamonds or narrow strips. Peel and hollow out the cucumber and cut into thin strips.
- Make a dressing from the curdled milk, lemon juice, salt, pepper and parsley.
- Now lift the ham and the potato.
- Then fold in the radishes and cucumber. Then fold the dressing into the salad (including the coarse pepper if necessary), season to taste and let it steep.
