Potato Salad Deluxe
The perfect potato salad deluxe recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Mayonnaise
- 165 g Beef soup meat
- Cooked and diced
- 2 piece Pickles
- 2 piece Boiled eggs
- 2 piece Apple
- 2 Pc. Onions small
- 2 Chicken egg yolk fresh
- 3 teaspoon Mustard
- 1,5 teaspoon Sugar
- 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 0,25 liter Oil
- Salt
- The day before: Boil potatoes and cook soup meat
- Finely dice the soup meat, eggs, cucumber, onions and apples. Cut the potato into approx. 1cm cubes. mix everything
Mayonnaise
- Mix egg yolk, mustard, sugar, lemon juice and salt until you have a homogeneous mixture
- Then stir in the oil (I used Mazola) drop by drop, stirring constantly
- Mix the mayonnaise into the salad and chill for at least 2 hours
- We traditionally eat this salad for Christmas
- Side dish poultry sausages
