Potato Salad Deluxe

The perfect potato salad deluxe recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Mayonnaise

  • 165 g Beef soup meat
  • Cooked and diced
  • 2 piece Pickles
  • 2 piece Boiled eggs
  • 2 piece Apple
  • 2 Pc. Onions small
  • 2 Chicken egg yolk fresh
  • 3 teaspoon Mustard
  • 1,5 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 0,25 liter Oil
  • Salt
  1. The day before: Boil potatoes and cook soup meat
  2. Finely dice the soup meat, eggs, cucumber, onions and apples. Cut the potato into approx. 1cm cubes. mix everything

Mayonnaise

  1. Mix egg yolk, mustard, sugar, lemon juice and salt until you have a homogeneous mixture
  2. Then stir in the oil (I used Mazola) drop by drop, stirring constantly
  3. Mix the mayonnaise into the salad and chill for at least 2 hours
  4. We traditionally eat this salad for Christmas
  5. Side dish poultry sausages
