Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 ½ kg potatoes
  • 5 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 2 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • 5 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tsp, heaped black pepper
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp, heaped paprika powder, hot

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Peel the potatoes and boil them in salted water. Jacket potatoes are also fine. Let the potatoes cool. Slice the potatoes and onions. Combine the marinade with the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly with the potatoes and onions. The salad doesn’t need to marinate for long; half an hour is enough.
