Potato Salad with Sardines

The perfect potato salad with sardines recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 750 g Potatoes
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 1 Garlic cloves
  • 4 Gherkins
  • 1 Red Bell pepper
  • 1 Chilli pepper
  • 1 Can Sardines
  • 1 Shot Cucumber water
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Hot paprika powder
  1. Boil the potatoes in salted water, leave to cool, peel and cut into slices.
  2. Peel the onion and garlic, clean the bell pepper and dice everything with the cucumber, cut the sardines and cut the chilli pepper very small.
  3. Mix everything with the oil and the cucumber water, season with salt, pepper and paprika powder and leave to stand in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours, then stir again well and serve.
