  • 1 kg Firmly boiled potatoes
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 2 Gherkins
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Boil the jacket potatoes, peel them, cut them into slices, put them in a large bowl, season with salt and lightly pepper. Cut the pickles into small cubes and add to the potatoes.
