Ingredients
- 1 kg Firmly boiled potatoes
- 1 Onion
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 2 Gherkins
- 2 tbsp Vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Boil the jacket potatoes, peel them, cut them into slices, put them in a large bowl, season with salt and lightly pepper. Cut the pickles into small cubes and add to the potatoes. Peel and dice the onions. Season with cucumber water, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper and let steep for at least an hour.
