Potato Salad

The perfect potato salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Potatoes
  • 1 Onion
  • 4 Depending on the size and taste Pickles
  • 0,25 bunch Chives fresh
  • 3 Branches Fresh parsley
  • 3 Branches Lovage fresh
  • 1 Tl Vegetable broth, instant
  • 3 tbsp Bianco balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 0,5 tsp Sugar
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Cook the potatoes as usual and let them cool down. Finely dice the onions and cucumber. Cut the chives into small rolls.
  2. Wash the parsley and lovage and dry them in the salad spinner, then chop them well together with the remaining ingredients in the multi-chopper.
  3. Cut the potatoes into slices, place them in a bowl with the onions and cucumber and carefully fold in the salad dressing. Finally, distribute the chives rolls over the top. Tip: Instead of chive rolls, you can also use plucked chive flowers.
