Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 500 g potatoes
  • 200 g onion(s)
  • 100 g celery
  • 100 g carrot(s)
  • 100 ml white wine
  • 1 liter of water
  • 400 ml milk
  • 20 g broth, instant
  • 7 g salt
  • 20 g parsley, fresh
  • 10 g marjoram, fresh
  • 100 ml oil, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the potatoes, onions, carrots, and celery and cut into 1 cm cubes. Heat the oil in a saucepan and sauté the potatoes, carrots, celery, and onions until translucent. Deglaze with white wine and reduce. Add the water and milk and simmer until tender (approx. 20 minutes). Now add the spices and herbs, remove from the heat, and blend thoroughly with a hand blender. Serve on plates and garnish with fresh basil.
