Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg potatoes
- 2 large carrots
- 1 stalk(s) leek
- 1 piece(s) celeriac
- 1 large onion(s)
- some parsley
- 1 medium-sized garlic clove(s)
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 pinch of salt, approx.
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Chop the potatoes and vegetables, bring to a boil with the remaining ingredients in a fairly small pot. The water should come up to about 1/3 of the way above the food. Cooking time: approximately 35 minutes. Remove the bay leaf. Process everything through a vegetable mill (Flotte Lotte), reheating if necessary. Season with salt and sour cream before serving. Do not boil again!
