Potato Soup Quick Way

The perfect potato soup quick way recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 sake Kohlrabi here blue
  • 1 size Carrot red
  • 2 middle Chopped onion
  • 5 Medium Potato (Bamberg croissant)
  • 1 pair Brussels sprouts florets
  • 1 piece Coarse country liver sausage
  • 2 Glasses Beef broth (self-cooked)
  • 2 Glasses Vegetable paste (even mixed)
  • 1 Eßl. Dried marjoram
  • 2 Eßl. Condensed milk 10% fat
  • Pepper, a.d. M.
  • 1 Pck. Black Forest ham
  1. A tall saucepan: some fat, it can be oil, or rama, or butter, as everyone likes. So let the fat get hot, sauté the finely chopped onions, including the garlic. Then remove the Brussels sprouts and the outer leaves, when the florets are large you can peel the leaves off to the core, which you can then cut in half.
  2. Peel the carrot, dice it small, also cut the potatoes into small pieces, if possible cut everything equally large or small. Add the garlic mixture to the onion and let it simmer gently. then pour the beef stock, switch back and let everything simmer until soft.
  3. Be careful with seasoning, because the broth is already strong. Rub in the marjoram, last when you have it, stir in the coarse country liver sausage for a great taste. If the soup is too hearty, a little condensed milk can soften the whole thing. Nobody could afford (the cream of the past) so if you took condensed milk.
