Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 jacket potatoes, hot
  • 3 tbsp vinegar (tarragon vinegar)
  • 100 ml beef broth
  • 5 tbsp peanut oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper, white, from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Press the potatoes through a ricer. Mix with vinegar, beef broth, and oil, and season with salt and pepper. Once cooled, toss with the salad and serve.
