Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 6 large potatoes
- 2 zucchinis
- 2 eggs
- 6 tbsp flour
- nutmeg
- salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp thyme
- Oil, for frying
Instructions

Super easy
Peel the raw potatoes and coarsely grate them. Roughly peel the zucchini and coarsely grate them with the potatoes. Crack the eggs and add them. Stir in the flour and seasonings. Heat oil in a pan. Place small heaps of about 1 tablespoon into the pan. Fry the patties for about 3 minutes on each side. Serve with herb curd. Or you can serve the patties as a side dish, for example, with trout and salad.
