Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 10 m.-sized potatoes, unpeeled
- 200 g sweet cream
- 125 ml vegetable stock
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp cumin, ground
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- ½ tsp coriander, ground
- 1 pinch of chili powder
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- 2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley

Boil the potatoes for about 15 minutes, drain, peel, and slice them into a greased casserole dish. Mix the cream and broth with the spices and pour over the potato slices. Cook at 200°C for 20-30 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
